“Encounter, Inspire, Transform”

Join a pioneering and dynamic team building for the future

Essential Christian is the umbrella organisation which runs Spring Harvest, Song Solutions, Essential Event Management and Essential Christian Resources.

Since the start of the pandemic, we have pioneered in the Christian events and resources space, successfully moving our annual Spring Harvest event from Big Top to laptop, developing a new online events platform and launching a year-round streaming service for Christian teaching and resources.

It takes a team of innovative and dedicated individuals to deliver such transformation; a team driven by a passion for the vision of Essential Christian – the desire, to see peoples’ lives changed as they encounter God and find inspiration from His word, and to see lives and communities transformed by the work of the Holy Spirit.

It’s also inspiring to work amongst colleagues whose Christian belief is the motivation for what they do and a model for the way in which they serve.   We pride ourselves on working to professional standards, using key performance indicators to bring growth to the ministry, revenue, and personal development of individuals.

As we work to grow business activities that help us achieve our ministry goals, we have some unique opportunities for gifted individuals to join our dynamic Head Office team.

If you want to see the church equipped for action and you have relevant skills and experience that will enhance our dynamic team, whilst helping you further your career, then we’d love to hear from you.

To express your interest in working with us, please write, including a copy of your current C.V. to recruitment@essentialchristian.org
